Yes. NugHub NY is fully licensed by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management under license OCM-CAURD-24-000183. Every product we carry comes from licensed New York cultivators and is lab-tested for potency, pesticides, and contaminants before it ever hits the shelf.

NugHub Cannabis Dispensary is at 1350 Forest Avenue on the North Shore of Staten Island, just off Route 440 and minutes from the Goethals Bridge, so it’s an easy trip from New Jersey too. Walk in to shop the full menu in person or grab an online pickup order at the counter.

NugHub is on Forest Avenue right in Westerleigh, which puts us within a 5 to 10 minute drive of West Brighton, Port Richmond, Mariners Harbor, and Castleton Corners. For most of the north shore of Staten Island, we’re the closest licensed dispensary you can shop at.

We’re open seven days a week. Sunday 10am to 10pm, Monday through Thursday 8am to 10pm, and Friday and Saturday 8am to 11pm. The same hours apply to in-store shopping, online pickup, and delivery orders.

You need to be 21 or older with a valid government photo ID. No medical card required. NugHub is a recreational dispensary, so anyone 21 and up can walk in and shop.

Yes. Build your cart on nughubny.com, choose Pickup at checkout, and we’ll have your order ready at 1350 Forest Avenue. Most pickup orders are prepped within 15 to 30 minutes during open hours.

Bring a valid 21+ photo ID and cash or debit. There’s an ATM on site if you need it. Tell the budtender what you like or how you want to feel and they’ll walk you through the menu, no pressure.

Delivery is free across all of Staten Island with no minimum order. We also deliver to Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, and western Nassau County, with delivery fees and minimums calculated at checkout based on your address.

Most Staten Island orders go out the same day, often within a couple of hours of being placed. Off-island deliveries to Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, and western Nassau take a little longer depending on route and traffic. You’ll get a live ETA at checkout and a text update when the driver is on the way.

We accept cash and debit cards in-store and for delivery. There’s an on-site ATM if you’d rather pull cash. Like every licensed New York dispensary, credit cards aren’t an option under current federal banking rules.

Flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, concentrates, tinctures, topicals, and accessories. Everything comes from licensed New York cultivators, and the menu rotates as new drops come in, so it’s worth checking back if a strain you wanted last week isn’t there today.
