First Impressions: Bag Appeal
The buds in this batch were really solid. They’re not overly dense or tight like some indoor strains can get, but they definitely had enough structure to feel premium. The color was beautiful — mostly dark green, with some lighter green patches and good trichome coverage that gave the flower a frosty look without being overly whitewashed. You could tell right away it was handled well post-harvest — no major beat-up trim, and the cure seemed proper.
Bag Appeal Rating: 8/10
Aroma: Nose in the Jar
Right out of the jar, Memory Loss OG hits you with a bright, terpinolene led and citrus-forward nose. Terpinolene lovers will recognize that sweet, almost turpentine-like sharpness immediately. There’s also this faint background funk — not quite skunky, but just enough to ground the citrus and keep it from smelling too artificial.
It’s not the loudest strain I’ve ever smelled, but it’s very clean and distinct. Definitely a good sign for what was coming next.

Flavor: Dry Hit and Burnt
On the dry pull from the joint (before lighting), you pick up even more of that citrus sharpness, with almost a sweet, sour candy vibe. Once lit, the flavor held up pretty nicely. It’s mostly that bright terpinolene citrus profile, but with a subtle herbal undertone that gives it a little more depth.
The smoke was smooth and didn’t bite the throat at all. You can tell this flower was flushed and cured correctly — no chemical taste, no harshness, no off notes.
Flavor Rating: 7.5/10
Smoke Quality
Memory Loss OG burned really clean. White ash, slow burn, even in a hand-rolled joint. It’s the kind of flower that you can keep puffing without feeling like you’re fighting the burn or losing flavor halfway through. Every pull stayed true to the initial nose and taste.
If you appreciate a smooth session without coughing fits, this checks the box.
Smoke Quality Rating: 8/10
The High: Effects and Experience
This is definitely an energetic sativa. The high comes on quick with a noticeable head buzz and an almost immediate shift in focus and creativity. It’s the kind of high that makes you want to get up and move — not racey or anxiety-inducing, but very much “go do something” energy.
Mentally, it’s very clear. You don’t get the fog or scatterbrain effect some sativas can have. Instead, it’s like turning up the brightness on your day a little bit. Perfect for morning or early afternoon use when you need a boost but still want to stay grounded.
High Rating: 8/10
Final Verdict
Memory Loss OG is a solid pickup for sativa fans who like a clean citrus profile without veering too far into the fruity or dessert territory. It’s uplifting, flavorful, and smooth, with a terpene profile that stays true from dry hit to ash.
If you appreciate strains that don’t just taste good but also feel well grown and well cared for, this one’s worth a try.
